About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Older Persons Support and Connect Program. This key leadership role focuses on improving the well-being, housing stability, and social connectedness of older adults at risk of homelessness or isolation.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in community services, social work, or a related field, along with strong knowledge of aged care, disability services, and public housing systems. Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on staff development and client outcomes, are essential. The ability to manage funding streams and navigate complex reporting requirements is also necessary. A qualification in management would be highly regarded.
